Piccolo launches One for One campaign – help vulnerable families and WIN a month’s supply of Piccolo pouches

Imagine not having enough money to feed your baby every day. Unfortunately, this is the awful reality for thousands of families across the UK. When my kids are hungry they are given food immediately, I can only imagine how heart breaking it must feel to see your baby crying in hunger and not have any food to feed them. So many British families are relying on food banks to be able to give their children the essential nourishment they need to grow up and develop and there are many charities who are also doing what they can to make sure no one has to go hungry. Organic baby food brand Piccolo are launching a brand new campaign to help families struggling to feed their children. The One for One campaign will launch in October and hopes to donate 100,000 pouches of Piccolo baby food to the children who need them the most.

Piccolo One for One campaign – helping UK families feed their children.

piccolo one for one

Piccolo are an organic baby food brand who not only create really healthy baby food pouches but also love to give back. Currently Piccolo donate 10% of their profits to charity – that’s amazing! I love brands that strive to help people and it is lovely to know that by buying their products you are playing a part in making someone’s life that little bit better. This October Piccolo are going one step further and for every pouch of their baby food that is bought, Piccolo will donate one to children’s charities and British food banks such as Trussell Trust.

Food is an important part of everyone’s life but is incredibly important to children and babies. An undernourished child risks facing development and health issues as they get older; Piccolo is hoping with this campaign to make sure that children who would normally struggle to get this vital nourishment are able to eat their healthy and balanced pouches.

Not being able to give your baby the food they need must be an agonising thing to go through as a parent, I think this campaign is amazing and is very much needed. You can help Piccolo on their mission to donate 100,000 baby food pouches by simply buying a pouch for your own child – one for one, simple! You can buy Piccolo food pouches from various supermarkets such as Asda and Waitrose and they are also available in many independent food stores.

Well done Piccolo for launching this amazing campaign, here’s hoping they reach their target and are able to stop as many little one’s bellies as possible from rumbling with hunger as possible.

We love Piccolo! My 16 months old still gets a pouch occasionally.

We recently did the piccolo walk and wean and it was great fun. Although the toddler was a nightmare the entire time! I love piccolo products and even with a two year old I still use their herb wheel for some great meal ideas #TheSatSesh

This is such a great campaign. I haven’t entered as I don’t have babies anymore but I’ll share on twitter x

What a great campaign by Piccolo – the growth of the need for food banks in the UK just astounds me and points to a society with real social issues that big companies do need to do more to help. I’m pleased this company is stepping up. #thesatsesh
